These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Georgina’s Little Nail Shop through our online store.
Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you are entering into a contract with us subject to these terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Our Products
Georgina’s Little Nail Shop sells handmade and hand painted press on nail sets, including standard 24 piece mixed size sets and made to measure sets.
Because our products are handmade and individually finished, there may be small variations between individual sets and the photographs displayed on our website.
We aim to represent our designs and colours as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device being used.
The handmade nature of our products does not affect your statutory rights. Goods must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable, and as described.
3. Made to Measure Orders
Made to measure press on nails are manufactured specifically according to the nail measurements or sizes supplied by you.
You are responsible for checking that the measurements or sizes you submit are accurate before placing your order.
If we correctly manufacture your nails according to the measurements or sizes you supplied, but the measurements supplied by you were incorrect, this will not be considered a sizing error on our part.
Where possible, we can make replacement nail(s) for an additional charge.
If we make an error and manufacture your nails in a size different from the measurements or sizes you supplied, please contact us and we will put this right at no additional cost to you.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£).
The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, particularly your delivery address, nail measurements or sizes and any personalised information.
After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be provided electronically.
5. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent us from contacting you if there is a genuine problem with the order, such as an obvious pricing error, unavailable materials or information needed to complete a made to measure product.
If we are unable to fulfil an order that you have already paid for, we will notify you and refund any amount due.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
6. Handmade Products and Processing Times
Our products are handmade and many are made to order.
Any applicable estimated processing or production time will be provided on our website or product information.
We will take reasonable care to prepare and dispatch your order within the stated timeframe.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you where appropriate.
7. Delivery
Available delivery methods, delivery charges and relevant delivery information will be displayed during the ordering process.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If your order does not arrive when expected, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Your rights regarding late or failed delivery are not restricted by these terms.
8. Cancellation Rights for Standard Sets
Our standard 24 piece mixed size press on nail sets are non personalised goods.
When purchasing eligible standard goods online, you normally have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After notifying us that you are cancelling, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

9. Made to Measure Products and Cancellation
Made to measure press on nail sets are manufactured according to measurements or sizes supplied specifically by you.
Because these goods are made to your specifications, the normal statutory 14 day change of mind cancellation right does not apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or have been incorrectly made by us.
10. Faulty Goods and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or attempts to remove rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
Goods supplied by us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable, and as described.
Where goods do not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights including the short-term right to reject, repair or replacement, a price reduction or a final right to reject, depending on the circumstances.
The statutory short-term right to reject faulty goods normally lasts 30 days.

11. Nail Application, Removal and Care
Please follow the application, removal and care instructions supplied with your press on nails.
The length of time press on nails remain attached can vary depending on factors including nail preparation, application method, adhesive used, activities, wear and aftercare.
Please follow the recommended removal instructions and do not force or pick press-on nails from the natural nail.
Nothing in these application or care instructions limits your statutory rights where the goods themselves are faulty or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
12. Product Images and Handmade Variations
Product photographs and descriptions are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations may occur between individual handmade sets.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original nail designs, photographs, written content, branding and other original creative material displayed on our website belong to Georgina’s Little Nail Shop or are used with appropriate permission.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to the customer.
14. Personal Information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Information provided to us for the purpose of processing and fulfilling an order will be used as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed through the payment services available through our online store and associated payment providers.
15. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms and provides further information about•
• cancellation rights for standard products;
• made-to-measure products;
• returns;
• return postage;
• refunds;
• customer-supplied measurements; and
• faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
Nothing in that policy or these terms affects your statutory rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable requirements.
The terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed. We will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing contract where doing so would unlawfully affect the customer’s rights.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
