UK Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Processing Times 

All press-on nail sets are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be made, prepared and ready for dispatch.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during particularly busy periods or for more detailed/custom orders. Where a different processing time applies, this will be stated on the product page or communicated to you.

Delivery

Orders are sent using a suitable UK delivery service. The delivery service used may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the parcel.

 

Delivery times are in addition to our 3–7 working day processing time.

The applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist where we can.

Delivery Address

Please check that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
